I've been getting a ton of questions on what I wear to the monthly dinners. I have decided to post separately about outfit details. Here goes nothing:
I am an avid thrifter. I stop at every Goodwill I see. This dress is a product of one of those trips last year. I wore it for the first time to dinner and I loved how feminine I felt.
The faux leather jacket is a Nordstrom Rack score. I went to return something and the vibrant color caught my eye immediately... I'm picky about shades of red so finding a jacket in a red I liked was a small victory.
The shoes are a few years old from Topshop. I didn't want to look like the bride of YG so I chose these icy blue, snakeskin sandals as a style palate cleanser. I added a random ring to coordintate.
Lastly, a vintage Fendi crossbody worn as a clutch. I am a vintage lover. Something about holding a little piece of history just makes me smile. I acutally gifted this to my younger sister then stole it back. Hey, the best gifts are the ones you want to keep, riiiiiiiiight?
That's all folks. PRO TIP: photograph silky outfits before sitting for hours at dinner. LOL... Gotta love those creases.
